Guidelines

– The official language of the meeting is English, and all presentations must be delivered in English only.
– All poster presenters must pre-register for the conference online.

– In addition to the abstract, you may submit an image/drawing of a maximum size 5M

– The abstract should be organized into the following sections: 

• Objectives

• Methods

• Results

• Conclusions

• References (Optional)

The Scientific Committee will evaluate all submitted abstracts. Notifications of acceptance will be sent by the first week of December 2026.
